Where is my delivery?
We apologize for any delivery issues.
If a shipment is marked as delivered but cannot be found please contact Fedex/Ups for the most up to date information regarding your shipment.
For any other delivery issues (such as an incorrect address or a damaged/missing package), please submit a claim to UPS for reimbursement here: https://www.ups.com/us/en/support/file-a-claim.page.
Once the claim has been initiated, we'll supply any information that UPS might need to speed up the resolution process.
What if I'm missing an item from my shipment?
Claims for missing items/shortages or a non-received shipment must be submitted in writing to ops@stanza-bags.com within 10 days of delivery.
I didn’t receive my order because the delivery address was incorrect
Orders delivered to an address incorrectly entered by a customer during checkout will not be replaced or refunded. Customers are responsible for double-checking that their delivery address is correct during the checkout process.
